Thrilling Finishes in MST Golf’s eGolf Games

MST Golf Arena continues to excite and make golf more accessible for amateur golfers in month-long nationwide indoor competition.

Kuala Lumpur, 12 August 2025 – The first-ever eGolf Games by MST Golf came to an exciting close on 31 July 2025 at MST Golf Arena, The Gardens Mall following a month of competitive swings. Held across all four MST Golf Arena locations in Malaysia from 15 June to 15 July, 109 participants played a total of 213 rounds in this unique 18-hole Modified Stableford competition, proving that golf can be just as thrilling indoors as it is on the greens.

The inaugural eGolf Games by MST Golf culminated with a prize giving ceremony rewarding the Top 3 Men’s and Ladies and Top 5 Lucky Draw winners.

Unlike traditional tournaments on the fairways, the eGolf Games took place entirely indoors using Foresight Sports’ GCHawk and GC Quad launch monitors, giving players real-time insights on ball speed, distance, spin, and wind conditions. This tech-driven format offered a weather-proof, comfortable, and welcoming space for golfers of all ages and abilities, making the sport more accessible and less intimidating especially for beginners and amateurs.

Champion titles went to Ng Kee Siang (Men’s Category) with 47 points on countback, and Zuraida (Ladies’ Category) with 36 points, each walking away with trophies, MST Golf vouchers, a Sun Mountain golf bag, Arena Private Suite hours, and TaylorMade TP5 golf balls. Other top performers included Gavin Fung and Johannes Chang in the Men’s Category, and BC Ng and Angie Ng in the Ladies’ Category.

The inaugural nationwide indoor golf tournament drew amateur golfers with its lucky draw prize pot worth more than RM 15,000, including golf bags, travel covers, wedges, and drivers from leading golf brands such as TaylorMade, Sun Mountain, Le Coq Sportif and more.
