Best TaylorMade equipment winner Tui Kai Siang is Malaysia’s first golfer to own the newly launched TaylorMade Qi35 Teams Edition Driver.

On 11 September, MST Golf Arena at The Gardens Mall came alive with the first ever Team TaylorMade Gathering, an evening that celebrated loyal TaylorMade golfers, connected them with the brand’s ambassadors and immersed them in the TaylorMade lifestyle.
MST Golf transformed its indoor golf facility into a space of skill, style and spirited camaraderie. More than 50 participants avid joined Malaysia’s top TaylorMade ambassadors, Thai celebrities and regional brand representatives for a night that reached far beyond the fairway.
Golfers tested their game across four interactive challenge stations: Closest to Pin with irons, Smash and Carry with drivers, Chip in the Bucket with wedges and Ladder Putt on the greens. Energy and cheers filled the venue as winners walked away with the latest TaylorMade innovations, including the Qi35 Max Driver, the P.UDI Bomber Hybrid and the MG Proto Wedge.
The TaylorMade Trivia Challenge added another layer of excitement with 16 curated questions covering the brand’s products, athletes and history. Guests competed not with clubs but with knowledge, proving their passion for the brand and winning exclusive gear from golf bags to limited edition accessories.
The Best TaylorMade Equipment Contest gave participants the chance to showcase their most prized gear with the first prize winner Tui Kai Siang taking home the TaylorMade Qi35 Teams Edition Driver of his choice. At second and third place are winners Stephen Hii Tiong Hu and Muhammad Akmal Al-Min Mohamed Yusoff who celebrated with MG Proto Wedges, showing that golf is about expression as much as performance.
Guests mingled with TaylorMade’s strong line up of Malaysian ambassadors including Michiyo Ho, Ezzrin Loy, Geraldine Wong and Pro Keegan Kam alongside Thailand’s celebrities Billy Patchanon and Punjan Prama. Brand principals from Singapore and Thailand were also present, reflecting TaylorMade’s strong regional presence and commitment to its community.
The Team TaylorMade Malaysia 2025 Gathering was not only about competition. With MST Golf Lab fitters on site, participants enjoyed personalised equipment checks and expert recommendations, reinforcing TaylorMade’s mission to help every golfer play their best.
