We are seeking a dedicated Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and deliver an exceptional retail experience.
Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence
Lead and inspire a customer-first culture by delivering exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and motivating the team to exceed customer expectations.
Sales & Performance Management
Drive sales performance by monitoring results, coaching the team to achieve targets, and providing regular reports with actionable insights.
Team Supervision & Leadership
Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members while supporting goal achievement and overseeing hiring, training, and onboarding.
Performance Monitoring & Staff Development
Enhance team performance through regular evaluations, targeted training, and continuous coaching and development.
Onboarding and Training New Staff
Ensure effective onboarding by training new hires on job responsibilities, customer service standards, and store operations while reinforcing compliance and expectations.
Inventory Management
Manage inventory effectively by maintaining optimal stock levels, conducting regular checks, ensuring accurate records, and coordinating with HQ and suppliers for timely replenishment.
Store Operations & Safety
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, cleanliness, safety compliance, and maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
Qualifications / Skills Needed
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a retail management role, with proven ability to lead teams, achieve sales goals, and oversee store operations.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.
Excellent customer service skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Solid knowledge of inventory management and retail store operations.
Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately and responsibly.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
