Responsibilities
Team Supervision & Leadership
Supervise and lead team members to ensure efficient operations, staff development, and alignment with store goals.
Monitor and Support Team Performance
Monitor team performance, support development, and foster a positive, motivated work environment.
Customer Service Excellence
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging customers, resolving issues, and promoting a customer-first culture.
Sales & Performance Management
Drive sales performance by achieving targets, promoting products, and supporting team success in meeting KPIs.
Inventory Management
Manage inventory effectively by maintaining stock levels, conducting checks, and supporting replenishment processes.
Store Operations & Safety
Support daily store operations by ensuring compliance with procedures, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Qualifications / Skills Needed
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a retail management role, with a proven ability to lead teams, achieve sales targets, and oversee store operations.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.
Excellent customer service skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Solid knowledge of inventory management and retail store operations.
Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately and responsibly.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
