Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about golf and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Excellence

  • Provide personalised advice and create memorable shopping experiences.
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints professionally.

 

2. Sales Commitment

  • Meet or exceed sales targets through product recommendations and cross-selling.
  • Support promotions and stay updated on golf products and trends.

 

3. Inventory Management

  • Maintain organized, well-stocked shelves and monitor inventory levels.
  • Assist with stock counts and report discrepancies

 

4. Store Operations & Safety

  • Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing.
  • Participate in merchandising, stock maintenance, and store opening/closing duties.

 

5. MST Golf Membership Promotion

  • Register new members and explain membership benefits.
  • Build customer loyalty through personalized follow-ups.

Qualifications / Skills Needed

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar retail role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
  • Positive, collaborative, and goal-oriented team player.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Demonstrates punctuality, honesty, and discipline.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and receptive to feedback.
  • Ability to commit to rotating shifts, including opening and closing hours.
