Merchandiser/ Stock Planner

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong understanding of retail stock distribution and replenishment strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, uses data to drive decisions, and collaborates effectively across teams to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient stock planning.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee stock distribution based on product range, sales and space
  • Execute weekly stock replenishment
  • Monitor slow and fast seller for immediate action
  • Execute stock consolidation for end-season, sales promotion and events
  • Work with Visual Merchandiser on display capacity
  • Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure prompt and priority delivery to shop
  • Prepare stock reports for weekly meeting

Qualifications / Skills Needed

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or stock distribution is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with retail distribution strategies and best practices
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Office applications is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude may be considered for a junior role.
