Fully responsible for daily staff management, shop operations, and stock management.
Executing retail marketing activities as assigned by the retail marketing department.
To achieve sales targets and to provide the expected level of customer service.
Provide necessary reports to the retail department on ways to increase sales.
To train shop staff on operations SOP, display SOP, and product knowledge.
Achieving the target set on ILOVEGOLF member recruitment given by the ILOVEGOLF department.
Fully responsible for self-reporting of overall shop activities to retail supports, visual merchandising, retail marketing, stock merchandisers, and Area Manager.
Feedback to the respective person in charge on issues related to pricing, stock, display, and staff.
Fully responsible to achieve KPI set by Management.
What We Expect From You
Diploma in business administration or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years in a management or retail position.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
