What You Will Do

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
To ensure the store's organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of new retail staff.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create eye-catching displays that emphasize products and attract customers.
To ensure the store layout and product placement align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
To perform regular audits to assess adherence to operational guidelines.
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Assist with documentation, including stock counts, replenishment orders, customer returns, exchanges, and refunds, adhering to store policies.
Provide support to the outlet team in addressing customer issues and resolving matters.

Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions are required.
Team-orientated attitude with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
