What You Will Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • To ensure the store's organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
  • Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of new retail staff.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create eye-catching displays that emphasize products and attract customers.
  • To ensure the store layout and product placement align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
  • To perform regular audits to assess adherence to operational guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist with documentation, including stock counts, replenishment orders, customer returns, exchanges, and refunds, adhering to store policies.
  • Provide support to the outlet team in addressing customer issues and resolving matters.

What We Expect From You

  1. Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions are required.
  5. Team-orientated attitude with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  6. Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
