Job Summary

The position as a Warehouse Assistant involves handling various warehousing tasks such as receiving, picking, storing, and preparing goods for delivery. The role requires physical fitness to manage bulky items, a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines, and basic communication skills for effective teamwork.

This position will be based at our MST Golf office in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Assist incoming goods receiving, picking, and storage.
  • Assist in the preparation of outgoing goods for delivery.
  • Support all other warehousing functions.
  • Support other events and golf fair activities as required.
  • Carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
  • To undertake any other job function as assigned by the superior and management from time to time.

Qualifications / Skills Needed

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Physically fit to carry bulky and heavy goods preferred (Not more than 15kgs – 20kgs).
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsibility to meet deadlines and complete tasks promptly.
  • Experience with system entry such as Computer or handheld device usage/barcode scanning system (added Advantage).
  • Basic communication skills in simple English to understand instructions and interact with coworkers.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
