The Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the smooth execution of golf tournaments and administrative operations for the academy.
Responsibilities
Tournament Support
Assist the supervisor in coordinating on-site event operations and administrative task.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and fulfilment of all requirements.
Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and authorities for registration and procurement processes (both paper-based and online).
Be flexible with work hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as needed.
Utilise multitasking and project management skills to address and resolve any operational challenges.
Collaborate with other department on matters related to on-course branding design and production, customized give ways and prizes, invoicing, and more.
Work effectively with team members to ensure the smooth execution of events.
Academy Support
Assist with administrative tasks for the Golf Academy.
Process monthly pro claims accurately and in timely manner.
Qualifications / Skills Needed
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in event planning and management.
Proficient in both verbal and written Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Good customer relations & negotiation skills will be an added advantage.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
