Admin Executive

Job Summary

The Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the smooth execution of golf tournaments and administrative operations for the academy.

Responsibilities

Tournament Support

  • Assist the supervisor in coordinating on-site event operations and administrative task.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and fulfilment of all requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and authorities for registration and procurement processes (both paper-based and online).
  • Be flexible with work hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as needed.
  • Utilise multitasking and project management skills to address and resolve any operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with other department on matters related to on-course branding design and production, customized give ways and prizes, invoicing, and more.
  • Work effectively with team members to ensure the smooth execution of events.

Academy Support

  • Assist with administrative tasks for the Golf Academy.
  • Process monthly pro claims accurately and in timely manner.

Qualifications / Skills Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in event planning and management.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good customer relations & negotiation skills will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
